Frequently asked questions
How much does Boostly cost?
Plans start at €19 a month for up to 1,000 active contacts. Growth is €79 a month at 5,000. Every rung is on the price meter above, and prices exclude VAT.
What counts as an active contact?
A contact you can email: subscribed and not suppressed. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts stay in your account and are not counted.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days, includes every feature, and needs no card. You choose a plan when it ends.
What does free migration cover?
On Growth and Scale, we move your contacts with their consent status and suppressions, rebuild your flows and templates, and warm up your sending domain. There is no contact minimum.
Where is my data hosted and sent from?
Your account and customer data are hosted in Nuremberg, Germany. Email is sent through Amazon SES in Dublin, Ireland (eu-west-1).
What isn't included?
SMS and landing pages. Boostly is email only today. If SMS is central to your marketing, a tool that bundles it may suit you better for now.
