Carts
Abandoned carts need one snippet.
Neither store tells Boostly about carts on its own. Add the Boostly cart snippet to your theme and connect it to your cart, and carts from shoppers who’ve given their email start abandoned-cart flows.

Questions about integrations
Does Boostly work with other platforms?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect directly. For anything else, import your contacts by CSV; orders and products need a store connection.
Can Boostly change anything in my store?
No. On Shopify Boostly asks for read-only access to customers, orders and products. On WooCommerce it uses the API key you create to read the same data and register its own webhooks.
What happens if I disconnect?
Syncing stops and everything already in Boostly stays. Reconnect and it picks up again.
Can I use discount codes from my store?
Not directly yet. Upload a list of codes you’ve created in your store, and Boostly gives each person their own.
