A kickoff call
We agree which flows matter most and the date you want to switch.
Your exports
Profiles and suppressions from Klaviyo as CSV files. We show you where to find them.
Your domain
Add the DNS records we give you, or give us access to whoever manages your DNS.
A review
Check the rebuilt flows before they go live, and say what to change.
Your store
Connect Shopify or WooCommerce so orders and carts start flowing in.
A switch date
Turn the Klaviyo flows off the day the Boostly ones go live.
Questions about moving
Do my Klaviyo flows copy across automatically?
No. There’s no automatic import of flows or templates; our team rebuilds them in Boostly, starting with the ones that earn the most, and you check them before they go live.
Do custom profile properties come across?
Not yet. We bring over email, name, phone, language, time zone, country and consent. Tell us on the kickoff call which custom properties your flows depend on, and we’ll plan around them.
How much of my time does it take?
About an hour of your time across the two weeks: the kickoff call, your exports, the DNS records and a review of the rebuilt flows.
Will anyone get emailed twice while we switch?
Not if each flow runs in one place at a time. We switch flows over one by one and turn the Klaviyo version off the same day.
