Billing questions
What counts as an active contact?
A contact you can email: subscribed and not suppressed. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts stay in your account and are not counted.
What happens if my list grows past my plan?
Your list is never blocked from growing. Sign-up forms keep collecting contacts after you pass your plan's size.
Why is there no free plan?
Every Boostly account sends from its own domain, set up and warmed up for it, which is what keeps your emails out of spam. Instead of a free plan, the 14-day trial gives you every feature, with no card needed.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your account, whenever you like. There's no annual contract, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
Do you charge VAT? What currency are invoices in?
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Payments are handled by Paddle, which adds VAT where it applies and issues your invoices.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days, includes every feature, and needs no card. You choose a plan when it ends.
