Questions about flows
How many flows can I run on each plan?
Starter runs 3 live flows at once, Growth 15, and Scale has no limit. Only live flows count, so you can keep as many drafts as you like. Moving to a smaller plan never switches off a flow that is already running.
Can I edit a flow while it is live?
Yes. You edit a working copy and publish it when you’re ready. People already in the flow carry on with the version they started, and everyone who enters afterwards gets the new one.
Can you move my Klaviyo flows?
There is no automatic flow import. On Growth and Scale, free migration includes rebuilding your flows with you, using the same triggers and timing.
Will a customer get too many emails?
Smart sending stops anyone receiving two emails from you within 16 hours, across flows and campaigns. You can change the window, up to a week.
